Activity 1 - Family Portrait
We have been thinking today that because of the amazing work of Jesus on the cross, we are invited into God's special family if we believe in Jesus. The church is really a group of people who share the same heavenly father. That makes all those in the church family brothers and sisters.
Could you draw a family portrait - and as you do, think of how God has shown us his love by giving us families.
Activity 2 - Write a note
Think about it....if you believe in Jesus and you are part of God's big family you have lots of brothers and sisters all over the world! One of the reasons God invites us into his family is to show the world what his love looks like. Do you think you could write a note, or send a picture to someone in the church to encourage them and show your love to them.
