"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."

John 3:16

What does true love look like?

Childrens Activities

Activity 1 - Make a God is Love prayer prompt

Cut out a large heart out of paper or card, and decorate it nicely, then write the words "God is Love" on it. Then once a day this week, perhaps at a mealtime pass the heart to each family member and ask them to share how God has shown his love to them that day, and then give thanks for his love, or simply say a prayer of thanks for God's love.

Activity 2 - Share the good news of God's love this Christmas

Could you make a special Christmas card, or a simple tree decoration or a yummy treat to give to a friend or a neighbour? Why not include a note explaining that God's love is good news this Christmas.

An activity for this week - why not join in with Faith in Kids Christmas Bake along with Martha Collison? The link is here and the list with everything you need is in the video description. We would love to see any photos of your bakes.
